Production Line and Capacity
CLOUDKNOW Technology and its parent company have built large-scale and standardized production bases relying on a sound manufacturing system. Among them, the steel structure production line covers an area of about 30000 square meters, and the equipment integration and modular assembly production line covers an area of about 20000 square meters, covering the complete process flow from steel structure processing, box manufacturing to equipment integration and system debugging. Through mature production line configuration and refined production management system, the overall daily production capacity can stably reach more than 20 standard and special boxes, with the ability to simultaneously undertake the delivery of multiple types and large quantities of projects.
Personnel Size and Professional Competence
CLOUDKNOW Technology and its parent company currently have over 100 management and research personnel, as well as more than 600 frontline production workers, forming a well structured and experienced talent pool. Among the management and research personnel of CLOUDKNOW Technology, the professional qualification certification rate reaches 60%, covering qualifications such as National Registered Structural Engineer, National Registered Constructor, National Registered Cost Engineer, National Legal Professional Qualification, National Registered Safety Engineer, Hong Kong Construction Industry Council Qualified Technical Personnel Registration Certificate (Authorized Person, Registered Structural Engineer, Registered Contractor), as well as senior/intermediate/assistant level engineers, accountants, and PMP project management professionals, which can fully support project design, engineering management, cost control, and compliant operation. At the production end, the certification rate of workers is about 70%, covering key occupations such as SGS certified welders, senior/intermediate/junior welders, senior/intermediate electricians, and professional carpenters, ensuring product manufacturing quality and safety standards. At the same time, more than 25% of the company's team consists of talents with overseas study and work backgrounds, providing professional support for technology research and internationalization projects.
Industrial Synergy and External Layout
On the basis of its core manufacturing business, CLOUDKNOW Technology has established a steel trading company and human resources service company through external shareholding, forming an upstream downstream collaborative industrial structure. The steel trading sector effectively ensures the stability and cost controllability of raw material supply, while the human resources sector provides flexible and efficient talent support for project peak periods and regional expansion. Through the collaborative integration of manufacturing, supply chain, and human resources, the overall operational efficiency, delivery capability, and risk resistance of the company can be further improved.
